Kempinski Hotel Palm Jumeirah Dubai

I had a wonderful experience at Kempinski. The staff were pretty good too make my stay lovely by surprising me with a complimentary anniversary cake and fruit basket, and even decorating my room. The view from my room was amazing, and I enjoyed the great swimming pool and beach water activities. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and fantastic amenities.

The fine views from our balcony were amazing. We couldn't get enough of the panoramic vistas of the city skyline and the shimmering sea. It made our romantic escape magical. the spacious suite we stayed in was perfect for a couple's getaway. We loved the luxurious ambiance and the attention to detail in the decor. It made us feel like we were in a world of our own.

We were quite disappointed with the dining options at the hotel. The prices for the in-house restaurant were exorbitant, and the quality of the food did not match the high price tag.

Everything was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Sterilized everything. Attention to small details. Free ice cream in the pool. Delivery of outside food to the room. Clean and organized facilities. Wonderful and attentive staff. Special mention to Kiril, Ahmed, and Anastasia.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a superb pool and plenty of sunbed options by the pool, beach, or gardens. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was really good, and the spaciousness made our stay perfect. We were also impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, especially Anastacia. The parking was convenient with valet service, and the hotel's location adjacent to the excellent gardens was amazing. The breakfast provided was pleasant, and the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful gardens. The beach restaurant offers a stunning view while enjoying a meal. The rooms are spacious, like an apartment, with a balcony and amazing views. The service provided by the staff is welcoming and professional, with special mentions to Daniel and Suman for their assistance during our stay. the breakfast is one of the best, with a variety of healthy food options.

The kids club at the hotel is outdated, with broken toys and a dark atmosphere.

This hotel is simply luxurious! the exclusive amenities provided here fulfilled all of my needs, from the outstanding entertainment to the well-heated swimming pool and private facilities. I loved the beachfront and the sun terrace, which had sun loungers and beach umbrellas available, making for an unforgettable time. the restaurant provided me with the best buffet breakfast, and the picnics area had fantastic snack bars, and the special diet menus were great. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the sun loungers in the garden area were impressively clean and well-maintained. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was that the Internet connection was not up to scratch. the services offered here were exceptional, but the poor Internet connection made it tough for me to hold video conference meetings.

Excellent massages by Andreea & Dodo. Friendly staff, always replenished water & coffee capsules. Spacious residence for 2 adults & 4 kids. Great pool with plenty of beds, towels & easy access to sea-front. Superb!
